Full Forest Bathing Session (2.5 h)
Leave urban routines behind for a while and step into the most beautiful natural settings of the Helsinki metropolitan area. You are invited to leave your worries at the forest’s edge and immerse yourself—without hurry—in a world of captivating sounds, scents, colours, and forms.
You enter a gently winding path that leads you into the whispering presence of spruce and pine. You pause to listen to the murmur of a stream or birdsong, breathe in the crisp forest air, settle onto ancient rock, and rest your eyes on the shimmer of water. Along the way, you are guided through breathing, sensory, and presence-based practices that help quiet mental restlessness. Perspective returns. Joy resurfaces. You rediscover connection—with nature and with yourself.
At the end, we gather at a rest spot to share reflections and, if you wish, to enjoy forest coffee and light refreshments.
Forest bathing is well suited as a wellbeing component of recreational, training, team, or meeting days, as well as for birthdays, celebrations, or bachelor/bachelorette programmes. The experience can also be delivered in an accessible format.
Price from €675 (VAT 0%).

Forest Bathing by the Baltic Sea – Magic of the Archipelago
(2.5 h)
Set out to rejuvenate in one of Southern Finland’s most remarkable excursion destinations—either the historically fascinating “almost national park” of Porkkalanniemi or the natural gem of Pihlajasaari Island just off the coast of Helsinki. Other maritime locations include Kopparnäs and Linlo (Kirkkonummi), as well as the islands of Helsinki and Espoo (Harakka, Käärmeluodot, Pentala, and others).
Let the path lead you through gnarled coastal pine forests and feel the fresh sea breeze on your skin as it washes your worries away. Surrender to the soundscape of waves lapping the shore and wind moving through the trees. Rest your gaze on the horizon, the deep blue of the sky, and the sea’s eternal motion. Breathe deeply and recline, free of concerns, supported by the ancient bedrock beneath you—rediscovering your connection with nature and yourself.
Along the way, you will be guided through breathing, sensory, and presence-based practices. At the end, we gather to share reflections and, if you wish, to indulge the sense of taste as well with forest coffee or a light outdoor lunch.
